This service is perfect for signers who prefer or require in-person notarization and a wet signature. The signer can choose the location for the notarization, whether it be at home, work, jail, or a medical facility.

Services are 100% mobile and online.Valid identification is required for every client or witness.
Acceptable ID documents for the state of Texas include:
•A valid driver's license or state-issued ID card from the U.S.
•A U.S. passport•U.S. military identification
•A driver's license or ID card from Mexico or Canada
•A foreign passport with a stamp from the Citizenship and Immigration Services
•Inmate identification from the Texas Department of Corrections (TDC)
*Rates include the allowable notary public fee as per the State of Texas, travel expenses, and up to two notarizations. Each additional notarization costs $10.

Payment for Mobile Notary Service
To ensure appointment commitment, $25 deposit is required at booking and the remainder to be paid upon Notary arrival.

•Deposit can be used to reschedule if new appointment time is scheduled within 24 hrs.
•No refunds if signature cannot be notarized due to invalid identification, inability to communicate, (i.e. not English speaking, incapacitated, etc.), incorrect or incomplete documentation, lack of witnesses, etc. Please verify needs before scheduling an appointment.
All signing parties must adhere to the state of Texas identification requirements. If a signer cannot complete a scheduled transaction due to an identification issue (invalid identification issued by the federal government or any state government, with signer's photograph and signature, inability to provide a credible identifying witness, etc.), the notary service will be cancelled. If appointment is rescheduled within 24 hrs., the deposit will be credited to the rescheduled service, otherwise a new deposit is required.
The State of Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services.
